As we expected, the District Judge has ordered that the case be transferred to the Companies Court in London. This is a good thing as it will ensure a better 'quality' of judgement. Now that the case has gone to court the matter is sub-judice which means I will have to be very careful about what (if anything) I can say in public. I dont want to seem uncaring for the lovley Playhouse... though it has bought a lot of bad feeling especialy on the DET site.... SO after sleeping on it I do intend to keep supporting the Playhouse via this site..... I cant just turn my back on such a beautiful place and the joy its bought to me in the 2 year period I was a volunteer there.. The person Im dealing with doesnt have a pc so I should be ok with this site... I will keep checking the DET to see if theres any movement at all......just not putting how I feel there anymore...
